I. General Provisions
  1. These Regulations determine the conditions of participation in the BIEGUN OCR NINJA TRACK competition and terms of use of the service.
  2. The purpose of BIEGUN OCR NINJA TRACK competition is to promote obstacle running and to motivate Participants to take up regular physical activity in individual and team competitions. The competition also promotes a healthy lifestyle by promoting proper forms of nutrition and widely understood physical training.
  3. The nature of BIEGUN OCR NINJA TRACK is an individual and team competition based on results from NINJA TRACK competition, which takes place in Gdynia, with an electronic time measurement on a distance of 100m.
  4. The regulations are subject to change.
II. Event Schedule
  1. The competition takes place on July 4, and July 5, 2020 from 10 am – 6 pm.
III. Rules of Competition
  1. BIEGUN OCR NINJA TRACK involves individual and team competition in the following categories:
  • OPEN
  • RELAY 4 people, men, women, mixed (2 women, 2 men)
  • NINJA KIDS group I – age 6-9
  • NINJA KIDS group II – age 10 – 13
  • NINJA KIDS group III – age 14-17
  1. Every individual competitor can sign up for NINJA TRACK competition.
  2. Each team can put up a relay: 4 men, 4 women, 4 participants mix (2 women, 2 men).
  3. The starting order of the relay runners can be random, the team itself determines which runners overcome given sections.
  4. During the competition, when changing the runner in the relay, the runner must tag the next person in the relay e.g. with a chip/other object chosen by the Organiser or by tapping with a hand the other person so he/she can continue the track.
  5. Tagging requires physical contact between two runners.
  6. Each participant in a team must complete their section of the track in full before tagging the next runner.
  7. Tagging can only be done in a special tagging zone the so-called relay zone.
  8. Only the competitors who participate in the competition may be in the relay zone.
  9. Competitors who do not participate in the competition must remain in waiting zone and must not enter the relay zone.
  10. Waiting zone is adjacent to relay zone.
  11. Runners must not physically help other runners on the track except for in the TEAM zones. The winning team is the team whose last runner crosses the finish line first.
  12. A team can be set up by any Participant by filling in the form available on the website.
IV. Personal Image Release
  1. The Participant authorizes the Organizer to use his recorded image in the following forms:
  • recording and reproduction by any known technique and publishing in any form,
  • providing the sponsors or the Organizer’s official partners with copies, on which the image has been recorded in order to be used to promote the sponsor or official partner in terms of his participation in the event,
  • introduction to computer memory and multimedia network,
  • reproduction of the recorded image,
  • public display, display, playback, broadcasting and rebroadcasting, as well as public sharing in such a way that everyone can have access to it in the place and in time of their choice,
  • posting and publishing in the press, on the websites, posters and billboards,
  • broadcast in television and radio broadcasts,
  • publishing the participant’s photos of participation in the Event in the form of photos from the Event.
  1. Release of the image referred to in point 6 above is based on the permission referred to in art. 81 item 1 sentence 1 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights. Permission is granted by Participant by accepting these Regulations:
    1. when registering online for a specific race at www.b4sportonline.pl/,
    2. during online acceptance of the statement at www.b4sportonline.pl/,
    3. when signing the paper statement before the start.
  2. The permission granted by the Participant in the above manner is a declaration of will expressed within the meaning of art. 60 of the Civil Code in connection with art. 81 item 1 sentence 1 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights.
  3. Declaration of intent – permission may not be freely withdrawn after it has been expressed and after implementation of the event, because according to art. 61 § 1 sentence 2 of the Civil Code, the appeal may be effective if it occurred simultaneously with this statement or earlier.
  4. The processing of the Participant’s image does not violate the provisions of the GDPR and is carried out on the basis of art. 6 section 1(f) GDPR, according to which: “Processing is lawful when necessary for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or through a third party.”
  5. List of the Organizer’s official partners and sponsors who can publish the Participant’s image is available on the Organiser’s website.
V. Registration Rules And Procedure
  1. The limit of participants is determined separately for each race and is described in detail on dedicated page of the event.
  2. In order to register for the event the Participant must create an account on the website www.b4sportonline.pl, complete the electronic form on the website and pay the registration fee. Information about partner websites is available on the dedicated website of the Event.
  3. By registering for the Event, the Participant indicates the start date and the type of race in which they will participate; additionally, the Participant indicates his preferred start time. For each wave, the system will indicate the number of free places for a given wave, and in case there are no free spaces in a given wave it will block the registration for the given hour.
  4. Registration for the race with a guarantee of receiving all benefits is accepted up to 7 days before the start of the Event.
  5. Registration at a later date is possible if there are free spaces, however, the Organizer does not guarantee the completeness of the starting package to those who make it after the deadline referred to in section 4 above.
  6. Online registration closes 7 days before the Event, detailed closing dates can be found on the dedicated page of the event. After this date, the Participant may register for the race only at the Event Office.
  7. By registering for BIEGUN OCR NINJA TRACK competition, the Participant authorizes the Organizer to obtaining information on the Participant’s results and publishing them on the website www.b4sport.pl and www.biegun.info
VI. Entry Fee
  1. The amount of the entry fee depends on the type of race.
  2. The entry fee should be paid within 2 days from the date of registration, but not later than before closing the registration for a given Event via the fast payment system on the Website when registering. After the deadline mentioned above, the Organizer may remove unpaid registration application without informing the Participant. It is also possible to pay the entry fee at the Event Office in cash, as long as there are free places for a selected race. In such a case, the organizer has the right to charge an additional administrative fee.
  3. The price list for NINJA TRACK BIEGUN OCR is as follows: a) Ninja Track OPEN 2 attempts – 35 PLN b) Ninja Track OPEN 3 attempts – 45 PLN c) Ninja Track Team – 99 PLN d) Ninja Track Kids 2 attempts – PLN 25
VII. Right to withdraw from the agreement and cancellation of participation in the event
  1. Within 14 days from the date of the contract, which is understood as the day when the following conditions are jointly met – the Participant has completed the application form and paid entry fee, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. After the expiry of the above deadlines, this right expires.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Organizer – Fundacja OCR Events based in Gdynia, about their decision. This information should be sent via e-mail to: biuro@ocrevents.pl, and it should contain unequivocal statement on exercising the right to withdraw from the contract. The refund will be made to the bank account indicated by the Customer.
  3. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Organizer will return all payments received from the Participant immediately, and in any case not later than within 14 days from the date when they are informed about the Participant’s decision. The Participant does not bear any costs related to money return.
  4. No later than 7 days before the start of the Event for which the registration was made, the Participant may resign from their participation in the Event. Resignation is made in a way provided for withdrawal from the contract. The day of resignation from the Event is the day of delivering information about the resignation to the Organizer to the following e-mail address:  biuro@ocrevents.pl, when the resignation from the Event referred to in paragraph 4 above, is made after 14 days from the date of the contract, the Organizer does not return the payments received. In this situation, The Organizer may reassign the Participant’s starting package to a new Participant, whereby it comes with an additional one-off administrative fee of PLN 10 (regardless of the quantity of reassigned start packages).
VIII. Event office operation
  1. Verification of Participants of the Event takes place during the opening hours of the Event Office. Verification for the race should take place no later than 30 minutes before the start.
  2. During verification, competitors must have a document with a photo (such as: ID card, driving license, passport) to verify personal data and age. In the case of presenting a document that does not meet the identification requirements, the Organizer has the right refuse the Participant to take part in the race without refunding the participation fee.
  3. The Participant may authorize another person to collect their starting package. A condition for acceptance of such authorization is a written consent and signature of the person who is entitled to this package and signing the acceptance report by an authorized person.
IX Deposit
  1. The Organizer provides a deposit for Participant’s belongings for the duration of the Event in the Event Town.
  • Participants can store your belongings in the deposit and pick them up after the race,
  • Deposit opening hours will be listed separately,
  • The deposit is free
  • The maximum size of bags is 35 cm x 50 cm or 35 liters bag capacity. We do not accept travel bags
  • Approximate opening hours of the Event Office: Saturday: 7am – 7pm Sunday: 7am – 7pm
